My name is Ryan Blake and I am studying Electrical Engineering alongside a minor in Computer Science at Western Washington University. I am most excited to continue learning about circuit design and embedded systems. My passion is understanding how we connect physical hardware with software.
This type of work is what I love about engineering, as it provides a medium for doing anything imaginable. I’ve always been interested in computers, which led me to love the idea of connecting the real world with the technical one.
In my free time I like to do more hobbyist activities, like microcontroller programming and 3d printing. Alongside this, I have written software in C, C++, Java, and Python. My goal is to create a fully functioning 8-bit computer by the time I graduate.
